Hi im at all ends trying to reinstall vroute premium that I paid for can you help this is the erro logfile i get when i try to install.

Stopped working

I have tried installing to C/VROUTE stil no joy is it something to do with my email address? I am not sure of the one when i bought premium maybe you would know.

Id appreciate your help and assistance so I can use this product.

I have the same problem. Windows 7 64 bits,
fine working internet explorer,
fine working activex
Fine working .net framework

Same errorlog. No way i can start the program.

Guys, can you confirm that, you have extracted the .zip folder and you did run the setup as administrator? I'm using Win7 x64 and has no problems at all.

This error (unhandled program exception) usually indicates broken Microsoft .NET Framework installation. Can you try repairing/reinstalling it?
