version 2.1.0.5 and upgrade reminder

I've just published version 2.1.0.5 of the vroute premium client.

Changes
- fixed broken process for upgrade notifications. Until now, vroute wouldn't inform you if there was a newer version available.
- fixed a number of installation issues
- removed the requirement to have Windows Media Player installed
- completely rewritten SkyBlue Radio suport - expect high quality stereo streaming
- vroute will now automatically download .NET Framework where required
