dxtrans.dll issue on the application

Hi guys,

since about two weeks I have had a problem starting the vroute.info application.
It always declares that there is an issue with the dxtrans.dll to open a picture. I suppose the oncoming event' picture is meant by.
Does anyone else out there has got the same issue?

I always have to acknoledge the problem my hitting the mouse button and it appears on evey single page when switching tabs inside the app.
