Application cannot be started. HELP!

Hi guys i am a fully registered member of vroute premium for a couple years now. All of a sudden i recently got a message saying 'Cannot start application... Application cannot be started contact the application vendor'. I have tried reinstalling vroute premium a few times now to no avail. Any idea what i should do.

That error message comes with "more info" button and a log file. Can you post the log file or email it to me at support@vroute.net?
