UUEE Routes Unavailable

Hello
It appears that any flight plan originating from Germany (EDDM/EDDF) arriving at Russia's Sheremetyevo (UUEE) are unavailable due to errors in the flightplans. I am using the latest AIRAC cycle however there are no flight plans available on vroute. Can somone suggest a fix for EDDM-UUEE or EDDF-UUEE?
