My route suggestion is: LIFFY UL975 MALUD UL6 HON UL186 BIG UL9 KONAN UL607 REMBA/N460F245- UL607 SPI UQ50 ARCKY L607 ROPUV. But on verification I get: ERRORS AT FL = 250:
(FPL-LOT001-IS -B738/M-SDRWY/S -EIDW0850 -N0430F250 LIFFY UL975 MALUD UL6 HON UL186 BIG UL9 KONAN UL607 REMBA/N460F245 UL607 SPI UQ50 ARCKY L607 ROPUV -EDFH0151 -0) PROF50: CLIMBING/DESCENDING OUTSIDE THE VERTICAL LIMITS OF SEGMENT SPI UQ50 ARCKY PROF197: RS: EBURUIR:F245..F255 IS CLOSED FOR CRUISING REF:[EB6000A] EB RAD ANNEX NOTE 3
PROF204: RS: TRAFFIC VIA REMBA UL607 SPI PELIX:F245..F999 IS ON FORBIDDEN ROUTE REF:[EBYY1004A] UL607 REMBA PELIX

The airway UL607 has a lower limit of FL195, so being below FL245 at REMBA should be ok according to the RAD:
REMBA - PELIX
Not available for traffic
1. Dest. EDDK/FH/LN/LV, ETAD/NG/NN, ELLX
Above FL245

What is wrong? And do you have other route suggestions?

First step please try FL255 as minimum and see if the error message will change. FL250 is not permitted for cruising in Belgium, for some reason.

Well, FL255 would be a violation of the rad as well, as Not available for traffic1. Dest. EDDK/FH/LN/LV, ETAD/NG/NN, ELLX Above FL245

Please try changing the altitude switch to F240 instead of F245-, or maybe even lower to make sure you descend early enough.
