change in policy re: deleting routes

Starting today vroute will not accept deletion requests for airport combinations where all routes in database are broken (no single is valid). This is because deleting routes in such case makes it even more difficult for someone to fix the problem.

If you really want to delete something, please post a new correct route or fix one of the existing ones, then you will be able to delete the wrong ones.
