is there any way a vroute plan can be imported into the FSX route, thereby those little annoying issues with FSX and IFR such as airport closed to VFR traffic causing one to continue regardless and then the dancing about changes that fsx flight plan provides just before handing over to the approach?
it would be really cool to import the flight plan into fsx directly and then use that flight plan for all flights along that route.
any chance> if so directions on how to achieve this would be great.
thanks

What exactly are you missing in the current "Export to fsx" feature?

nothing I guess. however I assume (always a bad thing to do) that i need to also load the same flight plan into the say pmdg files so that the fsx and the pmdg in this example are the same?
thanks for a great product.

Your assumption is correct. But the usual way it works is you either use FSX or PMDG navigation, rather than using both. The files are different.

thanks. I tried it tonight and found that despite a star being selected the fsx worked until that point when the usual fsx manouvering left and right along the vroute track started. just ignored it and deselected flight on fsx.

We're the STAR waypoints visible in FSX GPS?
