it seems to me, that the KFLL STAR ZBV.WAVUN5 is missing in the database. A flightplans last waypoint ZBV will only connect 'direct' with Ft. Lauderdale.

I guess it´s a new feature preventing to file flightlans with unecessary altitude switches, but for some time now it is impossible to add any switches at all - and some are really necessary to get a flightplan validation.

As well as for the HEGN departure as for the flightplan, I have found a NOTAM which instructed the use of airway B12 to DBA. So maybe it is possible to use B12 at least in this cases in upper airspace.
