Trying to setup vroute on a new computer but cannot recover my existing profile.

No email being received and I have checked the spam folder

Please try again - as of this Saturday morning we have a new supplier for email delivery. They promised 100% delivery rate and i'd love to check them :)

Thank you Michal. unfortunately still no luck with your new email provider either. Waited 2 hours nothing.
I had sent an email to support@vroute.net on the 19th from the email account I used when setting up the account back in 2009.
That seems to have got lost as well.

How do we move forward with this ?

I have a Hotmail.com account in vroute records for this email address, and it seems you tried to sign up with this email on the 21st. Is this the account that you didn't get a confirmation link to? Or the gmail.com account that is forum profile?

Yes I have tried to signup using the Hotmail account I used back in 2009.

I've manually confirmed your account, meanwhile i'll work with the email provider to find out what went wrong.

By the way, I've sent myself a confirmation link to my Hotmail account and it was delivered - although to the spam folder.

All now working on my new machine. Very odd that you did not receive any emails from me.
Exactly the same thing happened back in 2009 when again you had to activate manually.
