Mail provider is rejeting your Email ???

I downloaded Vroute premium software this morning and I ran setup to activate it.

After entering detail requested in step one , i try to access step 2 , but I receive a message :" my mail provider is rejecting your E mail". I use same E mail address to log in support forum.

your provider (wanadoo) is not allowing us to send you any email. Perhaps you have some other email account available? Gmail and are among those that never caused trouble to our users.
