Vroute does not open

Hi all,
When I download Vroute Premium and open the installer it says: Can not open or execute the program, please contact the company. The installer opens and makes connection and then that message shows up.

Could you help me, please?

Yes it worked Sir, thank you! But when I'm going to the route page, it crashes, how can I stop this?

P.s: I fixed this Mr. Rok. I found a solution for this. When you click on the route, hold the click in and release it a bit later, then the route page will do it. Thanks for the support and help! Vroute works fine now and I like Vroute very much, thank you Sir
