FSX format.

Postby fonta » Mon Mar 16, 2015 3:36 pm

Hello Mr ROK,
I'm using the PREMIUM version (VATSIM account verified) and now, after W7/64 Pro installation, I can't have an correct format for FSX. I have the FS9 format !!
Like this example: (partial)

"[flightplan]
AppVersion=9.1.40901
title=LFBO Toulouse Blagnac to LFPG Paris Charles De Gaulle
description=LFBO, LFPG
type=IFR
routetype=2
cruising_altitude=28000
departure_id=LFBO, N43* 38.10', E1* 22.07', +000499.00
departure_position=1
destination_id=LFPG, N49* 0.58', E2* 32.87', +000392.00
departure_name=Toulouse Blagnac
destination_name=Paris Charles De Gaulle
waypoint.0=, LFBO, , LFBO, A, N43* 38.10', E1* 22.07', +000499.00,
waypoint.1=LFBB, D143H, , D143H, I, N43* 34.46', E1* 25.21', +000000.00, FISTO5A

etc...etc...

And not the ".XML" format for FSX
Please, could you explain why I have this phenomena ??
Many thanks your support. J.L

hi

there's no value (that I know of) of building support for the .XML format, as FSX gladly accepts FS9 files with .xml extension. What are you trying to achieve with this file?

Hi, Michal
Some airplanes FSX not accept the FS9 format, but only the .XML, like Captain Sim for example.
However, my question is now without interest because I discovered your P3D format...directly in XML !! Now, I use this one and no trouble. :D
Many thanks your reply. Jean Louis.
