route SAEZ - FACT error

Hi Michal

We are having a problem with a route that is well-made but the software gives a wrong error.

In the SAEZ - FACT route (yes another southafrica 2010 event) the system gives a the following error:

WARNING: Could not connect SA/ESLAN and FA/APKIN with awy UL211

but this is not correct. the airway UL211 connect ESLAN with APKIN.

the entire route is: ESLAN UL211 APKIN UQ37 ASPIK

departure: SAEZ - arrival FACT / FL 250 - 390

The airac cycle used is 1005 (the last active)

as far as I can tell airway UL211 has been suspended between MUNES and ITLIK since 2008, see Suspension of Routes Within AORRA

(AORRA) ATLANTIC OCEAN RANDOM ROUTING RNAV AREA

I couldn't find much information on how to file a plan in this area, so I'm assuming, you now file UL211 to MUNES then DCT to ITLIK, followed by UL211 to APKIN

Edit : The above doesn't work, probably because MUNES and ITLIK are too far apart, however this parses OK,

FL250 - 450
ESLAN UL211 MUNES EKBED ANTES ITLIK UL211 APKIN UQ37 ASPIK

Basically I just added in the two, missing, waypoints from the suspended part of UL211. I don't know if that's how it's supposed to be done in the AORRA, but it works in vroute.
