Double bookings - is it a problem of VATBOOK or VACC-SAG?

Hi Michal,

I am just chatting with some people in VACC-SAG regarding a possible bug. For verification I have tried to reproduce it and yes, now I have multiple entries of LSMU_TWR for 13 JULY 2006.

What have I done? I have used VACC-SAG's ATC Booking Interface to ADD the bookings and then to DELETE it. Now there are three entries in VATBOOK's data file. Any trace, any idea if it is a problem of VACC-SAG or of VATBOOK?

I suppose its SAG not sending a delete command properly:

When the booking was inserted, it had a local ID of 12276:

GET /atc/insert.asp?Local_ID=12276&Local_URL=http://www.vacc-sag.org/eurobook/add.php&b_day=13&b_month=07&b_year=2006&Controller=Andreas20Fuchs&Position=LSMU_TWR&sTime=1800&eTime=2000&T=0&E=0&voice=1

A vatbook ID (EU_ID) of 83674139 was assigned. However, in subsequent calls to update/delete this record, only EU_ID was provided - but Local_ID was now zero:

GET /atc/update.asp?Local_ID=0&Local_URL=http://www.vacc-sag.org/eurobook/redir.php&b_day=13&b_month=07&b_year=2006&Controller=Andreas%20Fuchs&Position=LSMU_TWR&sTime=1800&eTime=2000&T=0&E=0&voic e=1&EU_ID=83674139

GET /atc/delete.asp?Local_ID=0&Local_URL=http://www.vacc-sag.org/eurobook/redir.php&EU_ID=83674139

VATBOOK could not satisfy the update/delete command, because there was no match for this combination of Local_ID and EU_ID.

It should be quite simple to fix.

Definitely SAG.

I got two separate calls:

62.167.243.76 - - [08/Apr/2008:15:17:34 +0200] "GET /atc/insert.asp?Local_ID=27560&Local_URL=http://www.vacc-sag.org/eurobook/add.php&b_day=08&b_month=04&b_year=2008&Controller=Markus%20Zuercher&cid=875941&Position=LSAS_CTR&sTime=1700&eTime=1715&T=0&E=0&voice=1 HTTP/1.1" 302 - "http://www.vacc-sag.org/?PAGE=booking_atc" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.8.1.13) Gecko/20080311 Firefox/2.0.0.13"
91.33.204.140 - - [08/Apr/2008:15:17:34 +0200] "GET /atc/insert.asp?Local_ID=27560&Local_URL=http://www.vacc-sag.org/eurobook/retry.php&b_day=08&b_month=04&b_year=2008&Controller=Markus%20Z%FCrcher&Position=LSAS_CTR&sTime=1700&eTime=1715&T=0&E=0&voice=1 HTTP/1.1" 302 - "http://www.vacc-sag.org/eurobook/" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.8.1.13) Gecko/20080311 Firefox/2.0.0.13"

Note two different IPs, same time and different spelling of your last name. Apparently different software versions, because one provided CID and the other did not.
